Graphics

The Day of the Dead is a bright, colourful Mexican celebration that honours the memory of past relatives, in which people paint their faces as skulls to honour those past.

Our high-paying game symbols are four such people - three Ladies and two Gentlemen with distinctive skulls painted on their faces, and different coloured backgrounds to help distinguish them.

Ornate and vibrant 9s through Aces bring up the rear as the game’s low-paying symbols, all of which animate when they form Way Wins. Our action takes place in front of a purple backdrop awash with tickertape and fireworks to back up the celebratory theme.


Gameplay

The 243 Ways payline structure means we don’t have to worry about landing symbols on set paylines to score wins. All symbols can appear stacked, and should we land a stack of three high-paying symbols - whether forming a winning combo or not - those symbols combine into one Wild symbol for the Spin Again feature.

The reels respin with that Wild held in place, converting any and all symbol wins around it into winners. To the left of the reels sits a Sugar Skull meter. Each time we land a Sugar Skull Scatter, the Skull floats up off the reels and fills up the meter a place.
