Lara Croft Has Still Got It

The latest Tomb Raider film has seen cinema goers flock to the big screen. But for those of us who prefer the traditional depictions of Lara Croft, we can still enjoy her on the epic Tomb Raider: Secret of the Sword slot. And by that we mean we can revisit the video game heroine on awesome mobile slots. What else?

The True Tomb Raider Sequel

We’ve had Angelina Jolie in two Tomb Raider films and now we’ve got a reboot. We’ve also seen Lara Croft appear in numerous video games, sequels and reboots (and more sequels). But the best? Microgaming saught to ensure Lara Croft’s legacy will live on with its Tomb Raider slot and its successor, Tomb Raider: Secret of the Sword. These games are surely the best depiction of the renowned treasure hunter?
Tomb Raider 2 (as we’re now shortening it) is a five reel, 30 payline slot which comes with an impressive 7,500 jackpot. Why is it so good? Where do we start? It’s got the Super Mode feature which randomly triggers and gives us five free spins. Then there’s Free Spins with Rolling Reels, which activate when we get three, four orfive of the Excalibur Key symbols. The Global Adventure bonus really ramps it up a gear, as during this round we search for the hidden sword fragments across the world. Once we get them all, we get our true reward. And no, it’s not another sequel.

Lara’s True Tradition

The titular character may have had various depictions across various formats but the old school video game version is still the best. She looks even cooler in online slots, no more so than on Tomb Raider 2. If 2018 is the year of the woman, this slot shows that however old Lara gets, she still rocks it.
