Slots Developers Get Ready For Sequels

It’s sequel season in Hollywood. Though really, when isn’t it? We’ve got Frozen 2, Toy Story 4 and Avengers Endgame on our horizon. What we slots fans really want though is more slot sequels. Can we expect some?

The Slot Sequels We Deserve

Yes! There are plenty of new slots on the horizon. Tomb Raider is getting its much-anticipated movie slot adaptation sequel and Agent Jane Blonde returns to action on the appropriately titled Agent Jane Blonde Returns. But that’s been a long wait for the Microgaming slots. Meanwhile, we’ve seen our friendly fox go on holiday on Foxin’ Wins Again and how about Electric Sam At The Beach? These are great examples of how slot sequels can work. They don’t have to be big blockbuster slots to deserve a sequel.

So here’s what we’d like to see. Are you listening, slot developers? First off, we’d love a follow up to Gonzo’s Quest. Our very own mascot, Inca head symbols, Avalanche Multipliers, it’s one of the best adventure slots available. Imagine how great it’d be to have another one? Blueprint is missing a trick too – why hasn’t it given us a Ted 2 slot? Its Ted slot gives us all the toilet humour from the film, along with a huge selection of bonuses. With the second film already out, surely part of the work is already done?

Sequels, Prequels and Threequels On The Slots

Just like films can churn out sequel after sequel, followed by prequels and pre-prequels – surely slots can do the same? How about an origin story for Thunderstruck? Or maybe, just maybe, the Hells Grannies could enjoy another outing. Though perhaps this time in the afterlife? We understand that it’s important to keep things fresh with each slot release. But some games are just too good not to have a follow-up. Do you hear us developers? When do we want them? Now!
